At Luxe Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
